Shipping policy

Processing & Fulfillment

  • All products are made to order and fulfilled by our partner Printful.

  • Standard processing time: 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Times (Germany & EU)

  • Germany: 2–5 business days after fulfillment.

  • European Union: 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

  • Outside EU (USA, UK, etc.): 5–10 business days after fulfillment.
    (Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on demand, customs, or carrier delays.)

Shipping Costs

  • Germany & EU: Flat rate €X.XX (or Free shipping on all orders if you want to run free shipping).

  • International shipping: Rates calculated at checkout.

  • You’ll see the exact cost before completing your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For EU orders (including Germany), VAT is included in the final price.

  • For orders outside the EU, additional customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at info@fullsendgear.de.

  • Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded in line with our [Return Policy].

Important Notes

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • All delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. External factors (weather, customs, strikes, etc.) may cause delays.
